WaPo reports that the nuclear plant operator’s plan for

stopping radiation leaks and stabilizing damaged reactors within the next six to nine months as a first step toward allowing some of the tens of thousands of evacuees to return to their homes.

I’m a bit dubious about this, partly because of the use of the term “radiation leaks.” As I and others are taking pains to explain, it’s the leaking radioisotopes that are the problem, and we need more information about what these are, what form they are in (particle sizes, for example), and where they are going.
