The Philadelphia Inquirer has a story on the upswing in nuclear power that could occur in the US in coming years.  This article and others are coming up because March 28th is the 30th anniversary of the incident at Three Mile Island, when a nuclear facility was lost, shall we say, extremely quickly.

Is it accidental or on purpose that this day is also Earth Hour, when people are supposed to turn off their lights for an hour, in an effort to show solidarity for concern about climate change?
